Cancellations
We charge a 30% cancellation fee if you cancel prior to 24 hours, and 50% cancellation fee if the booking has been cancelled within 24 hour. There is a 100% cancellation fee within 12 hours.

We have a 24 hour dispatching line as well as a 24 hour online booking service. Please refer to our reservation page if you need to make a booking.
Safety
We require EVERYONE in the Black Cab to be in a seatbelt AT ALL TIMES, please refrain from standing in the cab, from moving around while the Cab is moving and please treat this cab as if it is your own. Refrain from Littering and making messes in the Cab. Our drivers are experienced, diverse, and will not tolerate any rudeness directed at them, treat the drivers with kindness. Customer Satisfaction is our top Priority.
